The author

José Ángel González Ruiz writes as JÁGR

Born in Molina de Segura (Murcia, Spain) in 1967. For many years he lived and worked in Torrevieja, on the Mediterranean coast, where he still spends his summers. His soft spot, though, is the north of Spain, especially Galicia.

His first novel, ¡Levántate y anda! (2021), grew out of the pandemic year: what happens when life changes without warning. Talento Imperfecto (2024) brings his two coasts together in a single story. His third novel, a thriller, is being written.
